Don’t Drink … Play!

by Noel on Jun.05, 2026, under Casino

If you like to have a cocktail every so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checkbooks at home. Only take only the cash you expect to spend on refreshments, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to burn and leave the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You could experience a success following a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to catch a 25 minute roll at a hot craps game. Keep that adventure because it is as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink and gamble. The two simply do not go well together.

Leaving your moola back at the hotel might be a tiny bit dramatic, but precautionary actions for dramatic actions is compulsory. If you gamble to win, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you like to throw aside your money without a concern, then drink all the gratuitous beer you can handle, but don’t take credit cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your inebriated brain loses all the cash!

Allow me to take this one step more. do not drink alcohol and then head on the internet to bet in your preferred internet casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my apartment, but seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards in close proximity, I can not drink alcohol and bet.

How come? Despite the fact that I don’t drink a lot, once I drink, it is clearly sufficient to cloud my judgment. I wager, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are a drinker, do not gamble when you do. When mixed, both create a decimating, and costly, drink.
